In Classic 1.15, the client buffers your next spell press during the global cooldown. The default value is 400ms. If your ping is low (e.g. 20–50ms), a 400ms window causes you to accidentally overwrite or queue spells you did not intend to cast. Use this tool to calculate your optimal setting:
