Account-wide challenge completion feeds individual character perk progression and unlocks account-wide cosmetic milestones.

Earn Points

Shared by your account

A challenge pays 1 Legacy Point the first time any of your characters completes it. There are 65 challenges available at launch, and the window opens once your first character reaches level 25.

Step 2

Spend on Perks

Separately on each character

Every character spends the account’s points again in its own trees, up to 16 points at launch. What your warrior spends in Professions takes nothing away from your mage or rogue.

Step 3

Collect Rewards

Shared by your account

Rewards count cumulative points earned, spent or not. That is the reason to progress beyond 16 points: the final spectral bear mount requires 55 points!
