Reduces the global cooldown on your Rejuvenation and Lifebloom abilities by 0.5 sec and you gain the Lifebloom ability: Heals the target for 0.35 over 7 sec. When Lifebloom completes its duration or is dispelled, the target instantly heals for 0.58 and the Druid regains half the cost of the spell. This effect can stack up to 5 times on the same target.
